Spick and Span

i couldn't take it anymore. the dust particles around room were annoying me. they were just like pimples and i wanted them GONE!
if only zits were as easy to get rid of, just dampen the magic pimple-go-away cloth, and gently rub it across your skin and ta-da! your face becomes flawless!

i wiped out much of the collected dust where microscopic dust mites dwell, using merely water and a rag...

which resulted in this:

WRINKLED FINGERS!!!

which leads me to the another point: why do our fingers wrinkle when they are in contact with water for too long?
from what i read in the internet, our outer layer of skin(stratum corneum) are made up of dead keratin(a protein) cells.

when your skin is in contact with water for a long time like when you're in a bath tub, the dead keratin cells absorb the water. this absorption causes the surface area of the skin to swell, but the outer layer is tightly attached to the living tissue. so, to compensate for the increased surface area, our skin wrinkles.

hmm...*ponders deeply*

anyway back to the main subject here of cleaning my dusty bedchamber, that what seemed to be like the creepiest area of the house with cobwebs lurking in small corners of the room and no cockroaches, rats and even ants dare enter and intrude this territory, fearing the dust monster might eat them.
there sits an old dusty suspicious-looking box in the middle of no where and with the brush of your fingers across it, you realise the room hasn't been cleaned for at least 50 years.

i didn't clean every corner of my bedroom coz i just didn't have the time. i cleaned the area behind my computer where long wires entangle, the surfaces of my keyboard, printer, modem, tv, speaker, door, white walls, table-tops... thank God i wasn't electrocuted in the process as i left my computer on. LOL

I HATE DUST AND I WANT MY VACUUM CLEANER.
