Class Outing

we had a class outing yesterday but i wouldn't really call it an outing though...more like a gathering.

first, we travelled by train, bus and walked across a big field to mr bruce's house in bishan, which was very nicely furnished.
we ate popcorn while watching Akeelah and the Bee on dvd.
if you don't know what's the movie about, it's not about a girl named akeelah and her pet bee who can talk and how they became friends.
apparently this girl is smart and her principal finally discovered that coz her mom didn't see it in her at first. she was encouraged to participate in the spelling bee and the movie shows how she can spell and how she has put in alot of effort to learn to spell better assisted by her wonderful coach. their aim is to win the national spelling bee.
once again, a happy ending. oh yay...

mr bruce had to prepare dinner for us so we went to bishan park just by his house. we had a walk around the park and hanged around the playground...
dinner was simple but good. pizza and curry chicken. =B

after we've had our fill, we played taboo. it was a really fun and funny and enjoyable moment. and we also played some other games which i shan't elaborate further.

hm...i just realised, i chipped a nail.
